Bertie

Hi meet Bertie! Bertie is one sweet little angel! Bertie was pulled from the City Shelter. She is very lovable, gentle and well behaved. Bertie loves affection and loves to give kisses. Bertie was surrendered to the shelter some months ago by her elderly owner who loved her very much! Bertie’s owner had to go into a nursing home. Bertie is up to date with all of her vaccines, spayed and is also microchipped! Bertie is 6 years old and is an indoor dog but does love being outdoors with you! Bertie is house trained and has learned some new commands such as sit & down. Bertie is a medium sized dog and weighs 40 pounds. Bertie is a very good girl!

Meet George

George is a big beautiful gentle Hound dog. George has a calm natured personality and is good with other dogs. George was pulled from the City shelter. George got along great with his kennel mate. George is a laid back and well behaved boy! George does well in the house. George also rides well in the car. George is thin and we will be working on fattening him up. Update: During the short time that George has been with our Rescue, he already knows some commands such as sit, down, and is house trained. George wants nothing more than to be inside with you and also will be a protector. He does not need to be kenneled and is not destructive at all. He also knows not to jump up on people. George is a laid back boy!
